So what do we do?
- We provide an Architectural and Project Managing Service. We are not builders!
- We specialise in one off houses, house extensions and renovations.
- We manage the project from start to finish. We organise all the tradesmen, ordering and sourcing materials, programming the course of development, liaising with the Engineer, Architect, consultants etc.
- We negociate the fees of the individual tradesmen to get you the best price & they are paid directly by you avoiding any markup by a builder.
- We provide full range of Architectural services most of which are Free of Charge to our clients. If you have already engaged your own Architect thats not a problem, we can work with them also.
- We have negotiated discounted trade prices for all our clients with many suppliers for building materials, kitchens, sanitary ware, electrical appliances, timber flooring, floor and wall tiles, Window and door suppliers and much more.
